Porters Cottage is a beautiful detached property set in quiet countryside with a south facing fully enclosed garden. A real home from home the cottage provides extremely comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests offering 2 spacious bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. Pets are very welcome.

Rollesby is four miles from the nearest sandy beaches and four miles from river access to The Norfolk Broads at Potter Heigham.

Ideally situated for walking, bird watching, sailing, beaches, sea-side and family attractions. The village has a delightful cafe/restaurant overlooking Rollesby Broad serving morning coffee, lunches and afternoon teas at The Waterside - guests can take a trip on the Broad on Gentleman Jim, weather dependent! The Boathouse is two miles from the cottage, a newly refurbished pub, restaurant and wedding venue overlooking the Broad. There is also a Thai/ Chinese restaurant one mile from the cottage.

Double Bedroom: Double Bed with Kingsize Duvet. Chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets and wardrobe. Room for cot. Ensuite bathroom with basin, toilet and shower over bath.

Twin Bedroom: Two full size single beds with double duvets suitable for adults. Chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and wardrobe. Ensure bathroom with toilet, sink, bath with shower.

Kitchen

Well fitted and equipped kitchen with all electric oven/hob, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and plentiful supply of crockery and cutlery. Dining table and chairs for four people. Child's Highchair.

Lounge

Large, open plan living, dining and kitchen. Bright and airy.

Two three seater settees, occasional tables, bookcase and large flat screen TV with DVD player. Plus, Stereo
Games and Toys.

Exterior

Porters Cottage has a south facing garden which is very quiet and sunny throughout the day. Fully enclosed perfectly safe for children and pets. Garden table and chairs and cushions provided. Clothes line outside, airer and pegs supplied.
